Written Description for Proof of Additional Claims

If you have proof that your unpaid claims were for additional Norcold refrigerators or cooling units, and you have not been previously compensated for your additional in class and valid claims, please enter the Claim Number that appears on the Notice you received, or the confirmation number you were given when you filed your claim (Confirmation numbers start with "6"). If you cannot find or remember your Claim Number or Confirmation Number please contact the Claims Administrator.
